Kinisla Agribusiness partners with family-run farms where dairy knowledge and excellence has been earned over generations. These suppliers, certified under the Sustainable Dairy Assurance Scheme (SDAS) by Bord Bia, follow best practices to ensure the highest quality standards.  

Through these partnerships, we deliver premium milk produced under ISO-accredited sustainability standards, reflecting the dedication and expertise of our suppliers.

Milk Quality Metrics

Quality Advisory Service

An approach that not only enhances quality but also supports the advancement of sustainable farming across our supply base, our Quality Advisory Service works directly with family farms to support consistent improvements across sustainability and milk quality. Through hands-on, expert guidance, including on-farm consultations, technical updates, digital tools and the MilkedIn app, our advisors help suppliers maintain SDAS certification, adopt best practice and integrate new thinking into dairy systems.

ENSURING MILK QUALITY EXCELLENCE

Milk Assembly

At Kinisla Agribusiness, our milk assembly process protects quality and traceability from farm to processing. Each year, our GPS-equipped fleet collects over 1.2 billion litres of milk, with critical quality data captured and analysed centrally. A tightly managed cold chain ensures milk arrives at our Kinisla facilities exactly as it left the farm. Our milk assembly process guarantees that milk from our 2,600 family farms meets stringent quality standards.

Data-Driven Dairy Insights

Milk from our suppliers is tested against exacting quality and safety standards, going beyond regulatory and customer requirements. Our accredited laboratory analyses everything from microbiology and composition to contaminants and herd health, turning results into clear, actionable insight.Working with Munster Bovine, our milk recording service gives suppliers the data they need to make informed decisions, strengthen herd performance and continuously improve milk quality.
