We farm in ways that protect natural resources and support the long-term health of the land. Our cows graze on lush, nutrient-rich pastures for most of the year, supporting animal welfare and producing milk shaped by the quality of the fields it comes from.
Across our 2,600 farms, we follow best-in-class welfare standards, including FAWAC and ICOS Calf Welfare Guidelines, to support healthy animals and responsible farming practices. By prioritising natural grazing, low-stress environments and good stockmanship at farm level, we help our cows live well and produce milk of the highest quality.
Quality starts on the farm and is protected at every step that follows. We work to exacting safety and quality standards, with every litre of milk fully traceable back to its farm of origin. That transparency builds trust, giving confidence in the integrity, care and consistency behind every product we make.

2,600 Family-Run Farms
Our raw milk comes from 2,600 family-run farms across the South West of Ireland, where sustainability and animal welfare are part of daily farming life. All our milk suppliers are Bord Bia SDAS approved, meeting independently verified standards that protect the land, care for animals and ensure quality you can trust in every drop.
1.2+ Billion litres of premium raw milk
Each year, our fleet of milk tankers assemble over 1.2 billion litres of fresh, high-quality milk directly from our family-run farms, delivering it straight to our production sites. This close, efficient chain helps preserve freshness, maintain full traceability and protect quality from farm to table.
Rooted in Grass-Fed Tradition
Rooted in lush green pastures, our milk comes from cows that graze outdoors on fresh grass for most of the year, supported by Ireland’s mild climate. This pasture‑led approach underpins our commitment to animal health, nutrition, welfare, and regenerative farming practices, and is independently verified through the Bord Bia Grass‑Fed Standard.

For more than 40 years, Bloom Feeds, our dedicated feed brand, has supported animal health, welfare, and performance on farms across South‑West Ireland. Built on proven nutritional science and made with high‑quality ingredients, our ruminant feeds are designed to support Ireland’s pasture‑based systems. Produced using modern, high‑tech processes, Bloom Feeds delivers consistent, safe, and reliable nutrition that helps our milk suppliers to maintain healthy animals and uphold high welfare standards.
